He was predeceased by: his parents, S. T. Meadows and Claire Cotney Meadows Tapley. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Meadows; his son Chantz E. Meadows of Jacksons Gap; and his siblings, Denise Sumners of Sylacauga, LaFaye Neeley (Kenneth) of Alexander City, Llanelle Ward (Terry) of Cullman and Benny Meadows (Martha) of Sylacauga. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
