He is survived by: his wife Vicki Florine; his daughters, Nina Grant (Ryan) and Amy Courtney (Jameson); his grandchildren, James, John, Emmarie, Hollis and Larsyn; his brother Ronnie Florine (Shelia); his nephew Jonathan Florine (Christi); his niece Brandi Hadaway (Michael); his great-niece Harlee Hadaway; and his great-nephew Camden Hadaway.
