He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Cotney and Patricia Milner Cotney; and his sister Dawne Sanders White. He is survived by: his daughter Sarinda Cotney; his wife Taffani Harrell of McAllen, TX; and his siblings, Mitchell Cotney of Jacksons Gap, Steve Cotney (Cassandra) of Wadley, James Wayne Sanders (Kathryn) of Hanford, CA, Edward Cotney (Laura) of Sacramento, CA and Debbie Bennett (Butch) of Clermont, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
