He is survived by: his wife Mary Eliza Phelon Reaves of Choctaw Bluff; his children, Timothy Reaves Jr. of North Carolina, Christopher of North Carolina, Marca Reaves of North Carolina, Rodney Reaves of Washington, D. C., Anthony Reaves of Huntsville, Sonya Reaves of Washington, D. C. and Lucretia Robinson of Mobile; his siblings, Herman Reaves (Irene) of Miami, Fla., Joise Adams of North Carolina, Captula Madison (John) of South Carolina and Minister Carnettue Temper of Cleveland, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Minister Wash Phelon, David Phelon (Chena), Rivers Phelon (Nancy) and Rannie Phelon Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jackson Memorial Funeral Home (203 E Ross St, Jackson, AL 36545). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Canaan Baptist Church (65 New Canaan Road, Jackson, AL 36545).
