He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayme D McVay and Raleigh Vayton Bumpers of Jackson Alabama; and his wife Myra Dean Bumpers. He is survived by: his sons, Clark and Edward Bumpers; and his daughter-in-law Laura Bumpers. He is also survived by brother and sister and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
