It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Rocker (Jackson, Alabama), who passed away on February 5, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Wesley Rocker (Gertude); his siblings, Bernice Hayes, Ollie Freelon, Heddie Johnson, Frank Rocker and Ralph Rocker; his children, Booker T. Rocker and Carmen Bourgess (Candy); his grandson Robert Henry (Rock); and his brother-in-law Eddie Mobley.
He is survived by: his wife Reola Rocker of Choctaw Bluff, AL; and his children, Larry Rocker of Monroe, MI, Delbra Blackshear, Peter, Jr. Rocker (Eve), Eric Rocker (Joy), Floyd Epps, Alexander Rocker (Fariba), Othello Jackson (Rasheda), Brian Jackson (Amber) and Bessie Jackson. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild; siblings, John (Annie) Rocker Romulus, MI, Eava Riley, Detroit, MI, Robert (Mary) Rocker, Jackson AL, Eugene (Eleanor) Rocker, Toledo OH, Noah (Merline) Rocker, Jackson AL, Gloria (Earl) Martin, Jackson AL; and a host of other relatives and friends.
