He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Lennie Pearl Abston; his wife Sherry Abston; and his son Chris Abston. He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Arrington (Ed); his grandchildren, Alyssa Brannon (Jake), Macie Arrington, Juliana Abston, Kaylee Abston, John Clayton Abston and Cade Abston; his great grandchild Camden Briggs; his brothers, Jerry Lee Abston (Amberly) and Marshall Abston (Michelle); and his nephews, Jrayden Abston and Cooper Abston. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lathan Funeral Home (1867 US-43, Jackson, AL 36545). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
