Guy; his children, Kathy Sullivan (Larry), David Earl Guy Jr. (Elizabeth) and Jennifer Sullivan (Dallas); his grandchildren, Rebecca Dunagan (Collin), Kaylee Guy, Caroline Guy, Timothy Loper (Tad) and Waylon Loper; his great grandchildren, Ava Jane and Colton; and his siblings, Rev. George Guy, Allen Guy and Jewel Fleming (Danny).
