He is survived by: his daughters, Dena Middleton Somerhalder (Bob), Christy Middleton Roskam (Mark) and Megan Middleton Maherg (Gary); his grandchildren, Matthew Baugh, Margaret Koenig (Josh Moak), Morgan Baugh, Peyton Koenig, Chase Baugh, Nicholas Roskam, William Maherg, Hayden Roskam and Ethan Maherg; his great grandchild Benjamin "Benji" Murphree; and his siblings, Elbert Middleton and Carole Middleton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loved ones and friends.
