She is survived by: her husband Gene Dixon; her children, Marcus Green (Deborah) of Athens, AL and Cara Gibson (Daniel) of Grove Hill, AL; her stepchildren, Gene Dixon (Victoria) of Dallas, TX, Halisha Byrd (Brad) of Leakesville, MS and Christie Haygood (Jeff) of Sulphur Springs, TX.; and her siblings, Elaine Green (Norman), Joyce Allday (Larry) of Jackson, AL and Robert Aaron'Bob' Bozeman (Angie) of St. Stephens, AL..

Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made in Charlene's memory to First United Methodist Church choir or Jackson High School music program.
