He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Wade; his son Patrick Wade; and his brother Levon Wade. He is survived by: his son Joseph Wade (Patrice Atchison); his grandchildren, Haley Wade, Hannah Wade, Holly Wade and Justin Wade; his great grandchild Journee Dixon; his brother Spencer Wade; his sister-in-law Teresa Wade; his nieces and nephews, Henry, Jesse Wade, Roxanne Holton, Amanda Wade and James Wade; his sister Delilah Neeley; and his daughter-in-law Samantha Roberts.
