He was predeceased by: his parents, Irma Nell Napper Johnson and Mack Arthur Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Charlie Johnson of Phenix City, AL and Thomas Swain of Alexander City, AL; and his brother Ronnie Johnson of Columbus, GA.
