He is survived by: his wife Renee Berry of Jack; his sons, Michael Lance Berry of Jack and Forrest Logan Berry of New Brockton, AL; his parents, James Berry and Mary Jo Berry of Dothan; his siblings, Phillip Berry (Paige) of Dothan, Billy Berry of Dothan and Cindy Allen (Darwin) of Dothan; and his grandchildren, Katie Beth Berry, Dakota Cade Gilbert, Michaela Berry and Maggie Mae Berry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Chestnut Grove Cemetery Fund.
