She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbert Foltermann. She is survived by: her sons, Johnny McAdams (Lisa) and Rickey McAdams (Teri); her grandchildren, Nikki Snead (Devin), Cody McAdams (Lauren), Dalton McAdams and Rikki McAdams; her great grandchild Vaughn McAdams; and her siblings, Earl Smith (Bonita) and Hilda Hannah. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Riverview Baptist Church.
