She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Ward; and her sisters, Brenda Ward (Larue) and Francine Milam. She is survived by: her children, Serena W. Lewis and James "Jimbo" Ward (Karen); her grandchildren, Erin Davis, Brandon Ward, Summer Gray (Matt), Sarah Perdue (Brandon), Kasey Chase (Jeff) and Kayli Lewis; her great grandchildren, Weston Perdue, Ava Ward, Bryant Perdue, Zoie Davis, Eli Chase, Nella Perdue, Lucas Chase, Evie Perdue, Ellie Perdue and Kizzie Purduel; and her siblings, Floyd Smith, Earl Smith (Bonita), Betty Rooker, Hilda Hanna and Emma Foltermann.
