She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Dewayne Howard; her father Carl Lamax Ivey, Sr.; her grandmother Laura Ivey; her parents-in-law, Herman and Thelma Howard; and her sister-in-law Joyce Ann Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Howard (Talena) of Rochester, IL, Melissa Howard of Bee Spring, KY and Joseph Carlton Clemons III (Inyri) of Bowling Green, KY; her grandchildren, Sarah Casey (Colton), Tyler, Aaron and Haley Hall; her great grandchildren, Shealee, Colton Jr., Silas, Kylie and Zyler; her aunt Laura Ivey Wood of Jack, AL; and her cousin Carl Jones (Mary).
