He is survived by: his wife Winona Collier; his sons, Otis Collier (Joy) and Richard Collier (Shauna); his grandchildren, Tarah Fleming, Katelyn Collier, Branden Collier (Lindsey) and Dallas Collier (Haley); and his great grandchild Emma Grace Collier. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
