She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Phillips and Alma Lee Bailey Phillips; her husband Milton Joiner; her grandson Dylan Joiner; and her siblings, Margie Shankles, Milford Phillips, Rebecca Smith, Franklin Phillips, Melvin Phillips, Daris Wingo, Earlene Sargent and Eugene Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Jenny Bentley (Bill), Eddie Joiner, Keith Joiner and Kenley Joiner; her brother Glenn Phillips (Donna); and her sister-in-law Kathie Phillips.
