He was predeceased by: his parents, James Troy and Dessie Mae Huskey Phillips; and his brother Charles Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kilgore Phillips; his daughter Shannon; his son-in-law Brad Moore; his son Daniel Phillips; and his grandsons, Zachary Moore (Rachel) and Jase Moore. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
