He is survived by: his wife Rozene Mayo Palmer; his daughters, Regina Price (Rudy) and Renee Hamby (JR); his granddaughter Christy Smith Parker (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Brody and Ryder Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
