He is survived by: his wife Anita Lynn Gant Parmer; his daughters, Mariah Parmer and Maleah Parmer; his parents, Shelva Parmer and Richard Parmer; his brother Johnny Parmer; his mother-in-law Marvogene Gant; and his siblings-in-law, Melissa Moore, Miranda Gant, Tim Gant (Beth) and Tracy Gant (Kerry). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
