She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Jump; and her brothers, Jimmy Jump and Milton Jump. She is survived by: her husband Bill Carter, Jr.; her daughters, Angie Oliver (Mark), Jessica Ann Lee (Michael) and Sarah Lynn Farrington (Josh); her grandchildren, Tori, Gabby, Madeline, Addison, Parris, Colt, Lily, Winston and Margaret; her great grandchildren, Liam and Luca; and her grandmother Betty Nichols.
