She is survived by: her husband James Meadows; her children, Michelle Meadows Moore (Rob) and Dewayne Meadows; her grandchildren, Ashley Moore Woody (Garrett), Jarred Moore and Deanna Meadows; her daughter-in-law Amy Meadows; and her brother Donald Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
