He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lewis and Anna Kate Lewis; his wife Shirley Lewis; and his sister Mary Ivaleen Brewer. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Blansit (Scott) and Becky Shannon (Rusty); his grandchildren, Greg Blansit, Kisha Myrick (Matthew), Katelyn Goodwin (Benjamin), Hannah Gregory (Mason), Kacie Keck (Trent Coody), Nick Shannon (Jacee) and Taylor Wadhan (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Mila Myrick, Portor Smith, Paxton Smith, Parklyn Gregory, Kinsley Coody, Konner Barnett, Kenna Coody, Carter, Everley, Addie Blansit and Bailey Freeman; and his siblings, Virginia Clardy, Arthell Lewis (Helen) and Clinton Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
