He was predeceased by: his parents, Jon Blake and Ila Elizabeth Thornhill Peek; and his grandson Blake Peek. He is survived by: his son Shawn Peek (Dedra); his wife Eva Nell Waldrop Peek; his children, Mellonie Shelton (Ronnie), Perry Peek (Veniesa) and Stacey Peek (Tina); his grandchildren, LaShawna Metz (Shane), Slade Peek (Brooke), Macy Peek, Savannah Beach (Jae), Chloe Peek and Shainah Hawes (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Jackson Smalley, Ila Belle Hawes, Zola Nell Hawes, Aela Peek, Murphy Peek, Payton Bell (Tyler) and Hatton Metz; and his great great grandchild Rowan Bell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid concerns there will be no visitation prior to the service and all attending are asked to wear a mask and social distance.
