It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Marlow Hancock of Ider, Alabama, who passed away on February 13, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Dewey and Monnie Louise Coppage Marlow; and her brother Charles Marlow. She is survived by: her husband James Alfred "Al" Hancock; her children, Shelly Blaylock (Stacey), Susie Carroll (Chris), Jimmy Hancock, Jackie Hancock (Dana), Steven Hancock (Annie), Scott Hancock (Melissa) and Jesse Hancock; her grandchildren, James III, Heather Smith (Daniel), Lacey Tinker (Jaron), Brittney Koger (Nathan), Ericka Stephens (Cody), Christopher Hancock, Heather Brown (Caleb), Derrick Hancock (Erin), Kade Avans, Logan Talley (Cameron), Allie Avans, Kassandra Hancock, Zachary Hancock, Dallas Hancock, Damien Jennings, Dawson Jennings and Tinley Hancock; and her siblings, Gloria Zieter (Buck) and Walter Marlow (Dottie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
