He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert and Bonnie Mae Townsel Meadows; his wife Nadine Smith Meadows; and his sisters, Burma Sue LaMunyon and Sylvia Bragg.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Meadows Moore (Rob) and Dewayne Meadows; his grandchildren, Ashley Moore Woody (Garrett), Jarred Moore and Deanna Meadows; and his daughter-in-law Amy Meadows.
