He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Goulais and Ruth Goulais; his children, Julie Goulais Jones and Brian Goulais; his granddaughter Virginia LaSha "Ginger" Harper; and his sisters, Gertrude and Marlene.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Goulais; his daughters, Susan Harvey (Jonathan Kane), Sandra Hairell (Alan) and Mary Matula (Tom); and his daughter-in-law Robin Goulais. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild.
