He is survived by: his wife Linda Gibson Dillard; his children, Aline Perry and Thomas Dillard; his grandchildren, Jessica Williams, Mackena Phillips, Aleigha Kinley and Chevelle Perry; his great grandchildren, Delanie Pilgrim and Laiklan Williams; his sister Suzanne Anderson (Ronald); and his sister-in-law Karen Kempf. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
