He is survived by: his wife Mary Haynes; his children, Denise Gutzler (Leslie O'Gwynn), Jennie Hunter (Tad), Terri Haynes (Jennifer) and Richard Haynes (Misti); and his siblings, Dianna Culberson and Michael Haynes (Clara). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
