She was predeceased by: her father Garland Farnell Nicholson, Sr. (Daisy Kate Lanier); her husband Joe Larry Sims; and her brothers, Garland Farnell Nicholson, Jr. and Richard Carlton Nicholson. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Scott Sims of Huxford, AL, Brian Craig Sims of Huxford, AL, John Mulder (Shaile) of Tampa, FL, Karen Deanna Metts (Trent Milstedd) of Robinsonville, AL, Pamela Renee Knowles (Ronnie) of Flomaton, AL and Lori Ann Henry of Washington; her brother Kirk Lanier Nicholson (Jim) of New York, NY; her grandchildren, Jaden, Taylor, Alex, Paige, Hayden, Hunter, Preston and Drake; and her great grandchildren, Mckinley, Paislee, Charlie, Leighton, Saylor, Zander and Wren. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
