It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayle Odom Johnson of Huxford, Alabama, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Odom and Jeanette Odom; her husband Ben Johnson; and her brother Joe Odom. She is survived by: her daughter Holly Carnley (Robert); her grandchildren, Katelyn and Jacob; her son James Johnson; her grandchild Caiden; and her siblings, Claude Odom, Eddie Odom (Faye), Tommy Odom (Voncile), Jackey Odom (Shelia), Johnny Odom (Sandra), Carolyn "Sussie" Posey (Gary), Donald Odom (Charlene), Arthur Odom (Terrie), Isabell Odom, Jerry Odom (Tangie), Joyce Fisher (Debbie), Jenny Hutto and Linda Odom (Tim). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
She was a supporter and participant in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
