She was predeceased by: her parents, Vickrey Sr. and Laura Mae Vickrey. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" George Barbour Sr.; her sons, Richard George Barbour Jr. (Karen), Crandall Bass Barbour (Denise) and Brian Thomas Barbour (Julie); and her sister Lanelle Vickrey Bell. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Community of Christ Church in honor of her name.
