He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edd Rogers and Ada Rogers; his children, Nathaniel Rogers (Tiffany), Celena Jelks (Albert Freeman) of Opelika, Alabama and Felicia Harris (Jeriko) of Opelika, Alabama; his grandchildren, Malcolm of Opelika, Alabama, Quantavious of Opelika, Alabama, Taniah Jelks of Opelika, Alabama, Amar of Opelika, Alabama, Jeremiah Owens of Opelika, Alabama, Amorie of Columbus, Georgia and Myron Luster of Columbus, Georgia; his great grandchildren, Marcus Jelks of Opelika, Kaycen Hutchinson of Opelika and I'Tavious Jelks; and his siblings, Ed Rogers (Luedella), Robert Rogers (Illionois), Melvin Rogers (Oneathea), Sammy Rogers (Tracy), Bernice Jordan, Mattie Rogers, Ada Rogers-Covington and Katie Tigner.
