He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Fogle-Maddox; his children, Levi Maddox, Jr. of Coleman, Florida, Larry Maddox and T'Andra McBride of Hurtsboro; his siblings, Cecil Maddox (Loving) of Atlanta, Georgia, Clarence Maddox (Valarie) of Atlanta, Georgia, Clifford Maddox, Bobby Jackson, Raleigh Jackson (Panchita), Sylvester Haywood, Audrey Bowens (Stanley) of Phenix City, Alabama, Brenda Maddox of Phenix City, Alabama, Sandra Maddox of Augusta, Georgia, Dian Pinkston (Perry) and Lakeland of Florida; and his close friend Bobbie A. Perry. He is also survived by nine nieces, six nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
