She was predeceased by: her husband Lowell "Bud" Franklin; her parents, Callie Mae Pylant Goosby and Perry Howard Goosby; and her siblings, Janice Goosby, Iva Freeman, Inez Parker, Leon, Paul and Ted Goosby.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Franklin Usry, Lynn Franklin Kilgore and Lowell Franklin, Jr. (Burt). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
