He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence H. Wagoner and Edith Bazzle Wagoner; and his sister Charlotte Rexroad. He is survived by: his children, Kurt Wagoner (Nicole) of Buckhannon, WV, Scott Wagoner of Buckhannon, WV and Mindi Wagoner-Principi of Mint Hill, NC.; his siblings, Donald Wagoner (Geraldine) of Huntsville, AL, Ethel Dennison of Lexington Park, MD and Kay Arey (Gerald) of Buckhannon, WV.; his grandchildren, Dakota, Megyn Wagoner of Buckhannon, WV, Makenzie Wagoner of Buckhannon, WV and Ryan Principi of Mint Hill, NC.; his uncle Donnie; and his close friends, Carol, Charles and Janet.
