She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Davis "Buddy" Kinzer, Jr. and Ruby Susie "Sue" Houk Kinzer; her brother John "Johnny" Robert Kinzer; and her husband James "Jim" Carter May, Sr.. She is survived by: her sister Willa Susan Kinzer; her children, Frances "Frannie" May Morris and James Carter May, Jr.; her grandson Jacob "Jake" Bruce Bartlett; and her pets, B. B., Andy and Tippy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (120 Greene St SE, Huntsville, AL 35801). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Huntsville First United Methodist Church (120 Greene St SE, Huntsville, AL 35801). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Elk's Lodge 725.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Stop, Inc. of Huntsville or the Greater Huntsville Humane Society, two causes near and dear to her heart.
