He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Wheeler Sefton and F. N. Bill Sefton II; his brothers, Patrick Sefton and F. N. Bill Sefton III; his nephew F. N. Bill Sefton IV; his brother-in-law Joseph Hinesley; and his niece Robin Sefton.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Moss Sefton; his children, Rachel Larose (Gabriel), Michael Sefton (Marlo) and Lilly Sefton; his grandchildren, Lucy, Evelyn and Oscar; his siblings, Michael Sefton (Nicole) and Evelyn Hinesley; his sisters-in-law, Mary Claire Sefton and Lila Harris; and his nieces and nephews, Katie Sefton, Patrick Sefton (Anne), Aimee Soto (Emilio), Cristin Hinesley (Patrick Puopolo) and Jacot Hinesley (Michelle Hurwitz).
