As Joan Leslie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joan Leslie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joan Leslie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Lindsey; her parents, Mamie Rayzor and Raymond Rayzor; her grandson Bradley Rosine; and her great grandchild Lilly Mooney.
She is survived by: her children, Gidget Morrow, Rebecca Garton, Norman Lindsey, Tim Lindsey and Mason Lindsey. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Berryhill Funeral Home (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (2820 Winchester Rd NW, Huntsville, AL 35810).
