We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2025, at the age of 84, James Roger Schneider of Huntsville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Schneider and Lenora Schneider; his sisters, Elizabeth Jane and Wavelyn Schneider; and his sons, Vance and Yancey Schneider.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Schneider; his sons, Vince and Yates Schneider; his stepdaughter Stephanie Spray; his grandchildren, Alyssa Newby, Chance Schneider, Mark Schneider and Julian Somos-Spray; and his close friends, Marcelo Somos (Stephanie Spray) and Emery Range (Alyssa Newby).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Laughlin Service Funeral Home (2320 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805). A graveside service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (202 Maple Hill St SE, Huntsville, AL 35801).
