She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford "AC" Lones; her parents, Hezzie Bishop and Ola Bishop; her sister Christine Lones; her daughter Judy Lones Roland; and her son-in-law Gene Roland.
She is survived by: her sister Joyce Beckman; her daughters, Brenda Elkins (Mike) and Earline Ward (Don); her grandchildren, Chris Elkins (Erin), Kelly Roland, Stephen Ward (Tiffany) and Tracie Roland; her great grandchildren, Eli Ward, Elizabeth Pope, Harlow Elkins and Iris Elkins; and also Christine Holmes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville (2411 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Maple Hill Cemetery (202 Maple Hill St SE, Huntsville, AL 35801).
