He is survived by: his spouse Perry LoNella Blankenship; his sister Kelcy Whitten (Jerry) of Pontotoc; and his nieces and nephews, Lane Coates (Bonnie), Jeffrey Reyburn (Julie), Sandy McClure (Barry), Lisa Burgess (Jeff), Lori Counce (Fred), Gina Dobbs and Elisabeth Smith (Brent).
