He is survived by: his sister Ann Harper Baker of Gulf Shores; and his nieces and nephews, Joe Payne, Kelly Payne, Robert Payne, Steve Harper, Robert Harper, David Baker, John Baker, Randall LaMay, Deborah Harper Valencia, Cathy Harper Evans, Janie Harper Rogers, Elizabeth Payne Tucker and Mary Jean Baker LaMay.
