He is survived by: his wife Peggy Garner; his children, Randy Garner, Rhonda Snow and Renee Rousseau; and his siblings, Ruel Garner, Earline Burns, Judy Barnes and Janice. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and17 great grandchildren.
