He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman and Velma; and his brothers, Mac and Harold. He is survived by: his siblings, James Eakes (Faynell), Lorine Jones (Junior), Pauline Chamblee (Jerry) and Betty Marks (Michael); his children, Billy Eakes Jr, Angie Kephart, Amanda Musico (Alan) and Michael Eakes (Emily); his grandchildren, Alli, Alyssa, Amelia, Roman, Rylan, Lucas and Brantley; and his significant other Eula West. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
