Barbara Strong Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2024, at the age of 87, Barbara Strong (Huntsville, Alabama), born in Madison, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Loveday and Ruby Loveday; her husband James Strong; her son Joel; and her siblings, Howard, Gordon Loveday and Lillian Reed.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Townsend (Harold), Susan Barnett (Danny), Lynn Schmitz (Craig) and Kim Alford (Don). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (202 Maple Hill St SE, Huntsville, AL 35801).
