She is survived by: her father Dan Rutledge; her husband Charles Whisenant; her children, Brooke Mahathey (Dale) of Arab, Courtney Pardue (Shane) of Madison, Drew Whisenant (Taylor) of Meridianville, Matt Whisenant of Monrovia and Daniel Johnston (Mollie) of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Luke Johnston, Everett Whisenant and Avery Kate Mahathey; her siblings, David Rutledge (Nikki Talley) and Kim Taylor (Bryan); her grandfather Dr. David Howgate; her sister-in-law Gayla Shedd; her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Head (Will), Jordan Young (Bryan), Sydney Spencer (Jacob), Aaron Shedd (Erica Allredd), Brent Shedd, Hunter Whisenant (Erika), Cash Whisenant, Austin Simmons and Stephen Whisenant; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Linlee Head, Hazel Whisenant, Helen Young, Victoria Young, Hudson Shedd, Ezra Schultze and Landon Spencer. She is also survived by family friends.
