It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Earl Lucas of Hueytown, Alabama, who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lucas and Ruth Lucas; and his siblings, Lloyd, Mary, Carolyn and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, David Lucas of Rock Creek and Jacque Lucas of Oak Grove; and his grandchildren, Lani Simone (John) of Pittsburgh, Amanda Goolsby (Soham) of Atlanta and Jacob Goolsby (Jessica) of Oak Grove. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Home of Mr.
