She was predeceased by: her parents, John O. Williams and Mildred Jones Williams; and her siblings, Shirley Williams and David E. Williams. She is survived by: her husband Charles Ray Binney; her sons, Brad Binney (Heather) and Christopher Binney; her siblings, Larry O. Williams (Chammy) and Miriam Williams Whaley (Bobby); and her sister-in-law Rebecca Williams. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Shepherd of the Valley Presbyterian Church, 5081 Eastern Valley Road, McCalla, AL 35111.
